WIRE MW is an automatic wire crimping machine capable of processing all types of wire typically used by the power brush industry. The machine is very low maintenance and highly reliable. A touch screen panel allows the operator to program the number of wires to be fed and then the machine will proceed with the crimping of the wires as needed to reach the target strand count.
The motorized spool feeder (optional) allows the processing of stainless-steel wire diameters less than 0.2 mm. The operator is required to load / unload the straight wire spools and to prepare the machine for the rewinding phase of the crimped wire hank.
