SHARP B

Trimming machine for round head and semi-spherical brushes.

SHARP B is designed for finishing of round brushes, such as toilet brushes, cobweb dusters, glass-washing and baby bottle brushes.Trimming is simultaneous for two brushes per work cycle and it is accomplished by means of two rotary-blade trimmers. The trimming diameter is adjustable. One of the two rotary-trimmers can be replaced by a flagging head, in order to combine trimming and flagging tasks on the same machine. The brushes are manually loaded. The SHARP B comes complete with a dust suction unit to remove dust and waste material, keeping the machine clean.
