Vertical tufting machine with 1 filling tool and 1 drill for the production of gutter brushes (discs with folded fibers in pass-through holes).
PLUTO is the Borghi industrial solution for the production of gutter brushes by insertion of metallic and synthetic fibers from the back side of the disc. PLUTO includes round wire flattening unit and a cutting station to transform the round wire into flat wire and prepare the metallic bundles of flat wire for insertion. The synthetic fiber is fed by the fiber stock-box. PLUTO’s concept and design allow smooth production ensuring reliable operations producing high-quality final products.
