Vertical tufting machine with 1 filling tool for the production of brushes with pre-drilled blocks.
The machine operator manually positions the pre-drilled block in the filling area, using a mechanical pointer, which allows to locate the tuft-hole that the filling tool will fill. The brush holder consists of a simple plate for flat brushes and complementary equipment for the production of cylindrical brushes and disc brushes. The filling operation is enabled by a foot-pedal.
