STAR R32 400

3-station carrousel tufting machine with 3 stations and 3 carriages for the production of brooms and brushes.

STAR R32 400 has been especially designed for the production of large angle brooms with fibres up to 400 mm long (15.7’’). STAR R32 400 can produce a wide range of models with different filling angles, such as radial, parallel and radial/parallel tufted brushes.

The working cycle occurs simultaneously on 3 stations: drilling, filling and loading/off-loading. The machine operator works in absolute safety, due to separation of loading/off-loading station and the drilling/filling stations. The machine produces two brushes per cycle that are moved from one station to another by a turret system. The block loading is manually operated.

STAR R32 400 is available in a fully automatic version that includes: automatic feeding of the blocks, a trimming station, a flagging station, a beating station and automatic off-loading of the finished product.
