3-station carrousel tufting machine with 2 filling tools and 2 drills for the production of brooms and brushes.
SMART R32 is designed for high volume production of brooms and brushes, thanks to the continuous operations along the 3 workstations. The first station allows the operator to load the virgin blocks while the machine is drilling and filling them in the other two positions. Every time the drilling/filling operation is completed, the machine indexes bringing the brush blocks automatically to the next station. When the working cycle is completed, the filled brushes return to the first station ready to be taken off by the operator and replaced with new virgin blocks.
